MO2024 was a broad administrative and cultural project supporting the City of Mostar application for European Capital of Culture title in 2024. As a designer selected to work on this project, my task was to create the official application logo, design the final application book and conceptualise other promotional assets. We placed high value on creating assets that could evolve into a broad campaign should the application be successful. Slogan that permeated the story of the application and influenced design choices was 'Everything is Bridgeable'. The application was structured across four main programme lines, each focussing on specific pathways towards developing and growing the city's culture offering. This four pillar structure is represented through main colours, words and finally pictograms that serve as building blocks for the official logo.
